What if?
"What if religion was each other?
If our practice was our life?
If prayer was our words?
What if the temple was the Earth?
If forests were our church?
If holy water -- the rivers, lakes and oceans?
What if meditation was our relationships?
If the Teacher was life?
If wisdom was self-knowledge?
If love was the center of our being?"

Berlin
I had some work to do on http://qtconference.kdab.com/ , but before that I went to the alternative Berlin tour, http://alternativeberlin.com/ . It was interesting, our guide shared a lots of information about the alternative culture in Berlin. When she said that street art doesn't last for long and always changing, it reminded me the buddhist sand mandala making, which is blown away by the wind at the end.
We visited also Otto Weidt musem http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Otto_Weidt , a guy who employed jewish blind and def people during WWII in Berlin and even managed to get back one of his employees from Auschwitz. Sounds like employer of the year or more likely employer of the century.

Jealousy
In Hungarian there are 2 words for jealousy, 1 is when you have something and you don't want to share it with others, the other is when the others have but you don't.
So what to do with those feelings. For me the first one easier, if I have the opportunity to share something I do it.
The second one is a bit more complicated, because it's kind of hard to share what others have, OK, you can do it and they start to call you Robin Hood. So what to do without challenging the legal system?
Learn to be happy for others, it's better that someone is having something then no one has it, isn't it? At the end when someone becomes old and weak, perhaps sick too, I think that is the only thing what will remain.

Expectations
Interesting thoughts about expectations:

So basically do what you love to do and don't care about the results.

Give it to me raw
Autumn smoothie creation:
Mix grapes with walnuts. That's it. Enjoy.
Sweet potato desert:
Mix sweet potato with almonds and a bit honey and few drops of lemon. Soak raisins in water and add them after. Sounds strange but it is really good! :-)

Becoming a man
The only way to become a man in the tribe was to kill a bear. It was his 16th summer, the time has come for him to become a man. He trained a lot, he was on many hunts and the elder warriors have showed him some moves and tricks. He knew the marks and tracks of different animals, he knew how to wait in silence, how to hold the breath, how to move in the forest without any noise.
Before the final day he had a very vivid dream, it felt so real, he was crawling in the forest with a spear in his hand, he was looking for the bear. He spotted some traces earlier and now he was following them carefully. Finally he found a bear beside the river, who was hunting for salmons. The bear was standing beside the water and gazing into it for fish so it hasn't noticed when the boy sneaked behind it. When the boy started the attack, the bear must have sensed something and looked back into the eye of the boy. The boy couldn't kill the bear, he felt in his heart that it's not right, he doesn't need his meat so why to kill him? He released his spear and remained standing and looked into the eye of the bear. The bear was hesitating to attack, the boy though to his self if I have to pay for my mistake let it be and surrendered. The bear didn't sensed any fear so just walked away and maybe thought what a crazy fellow.
After that the boy woke up from the strange dream and knew ha can't become a man so he decided to leave the tribe and become a hermit. The sun was barely above the horizon so he sneaked out of the tent towards the forest. As soon as he left the village, surprisingly he met the tribes shaman.
- Where are you going? - asked the shaman.
- I'm going to leave the tribe, I don't want to kill any bears, I can't… - answered the boy.
- You don't need to leave the tribe and that's good that you don't want to kill. I haven't killed a bear myself. I have seen your dream and I have to tell you, you are much braver than those who really kill some bear. You've became a man. I will teach you and you will become a shaman and a healer and not a warrior.

Code
I had to check some legal copyright claimers in Qt source and I have found this:
** The author disclaims copyright to this source code. In place of
** a legal notice, here is a blessing:
**
** May you do good and not evil.
** May you find forgiveness for yourself and forgive others.
** May you share freely, never taking more than you give.
**
*************************************************************************
Reminds a time when I used to write haikus inside the code as a comment.
