Grandmas Pernik

There is one thing between Heaven and Earth which is better than grandmas Pernik filled with blueberry jam, the grandmas Pernik filled with blueberry jam and chocolate on the top.

I was asked what do I miss from Czech Republic, my answer was of course grandmas Pernik. The visitors from CR were so kind to make a Pernik for me and it was tending to grandmas Pernik (of course grandmas Pernik can not be reached).

Pernik with mug method

Ingredients:
2 mug wheat flour
1 mug rye flour
1 mug sugar
2 spoon of cacao
1/2 mug of nuts or oat flakes
1 small spoon of spices
3 spoon of baking soda or yeast
1/2 mug oil
2 eggs

Process:
1. Mix together all the ingredients
2. Bake it on 180c
3. Enjoy with blueberry jam
