Surf

I was lucky enough to try out surfing for 2 days and I really loved it!
Sitting on the beach and watching the ocean and the sunset also brought up some thoughts:
Life is very similar to surfing. Waves are coming, ups and downs.
If you see a bad wave is coming, just get over it, because you know that good wave will come soon.
When you see, that good wave is coming, don't hesitate, paddle hard, jump on the board, balance and enjoy the ride.
You need to be strong to be able to make the jump and focused to be able to keep the balance.

Interesting trip

This video shows and interesting trip, but not in the nature now. How she describes the reality reminds me how Buddhist teachers do it, that everything is one and colourful and energy.
It also reminds me the movie Matrix, when Neo starts to see the matrix, but that one doesn't looked that good. Anyway when I get enlightened will I be like on LSD 24/7?

Crazy Kebnekaise Trip

I was on a Kebnekaise trip and I think it is a small miracle that I'm still here. We went up on the eastern route, we reached the top around 16:00. Going down, I have seen one of the most beautiful things in my life, the sunset and stars, but it was also the scariest thing, because going down in dark and mist is difficult and dangerous. We arrived back to the base at 3:00 am after 19 hours of trekking, climbing. It could have gone so many ways wrong, but looks like we are all in Gods hand at the end.

Anyway, I though, I would die on a beautiful place and doing what I really love to do. Is there a better end?
